700 Fog light lense 90 and newer Need source

What's up.
I came across a pair of fog lights sitting in my basement (god only knows how long) the left side lense is cracked. These are the 90 and newer modern lenses
that are incorporated into my bumper.
Well I started calling/ looking around and know one has them.
Any ideas?
