ECU damage? 700 1990

Hello once again fellow Volvo fanatics,
My car died, alternator belt had come loose draining battery. Computer said, "1. no signal from IAC 2. no signal from speedometer 3. check battery." After charging battery overnight, car started but idled terribly for the first 5 minutes until it warmed up then idle evened out. I cleaned the throttle body and IAC. That made it a bit better but still not idling correctly at start up. Do you suppose that either the IAC (ugh) or ECU (gulp) was damaged when the battery died while driving? Please refer to my signature below for specs if need be. Thank you, Keith
