744 Just wont start 700 1987

first test to see that you have a spark, then test for presence of fuel pressure.

second try the fuel pump relay located behind the ashtray. put your finger on it and turn the key on you should feel a click.

third try the noise suppresion relay located under the hood on one of the shock towers, once again it should click when powered up.

third above the battery on the fender is a group of resistors that are fragile(4 resistors in an aluminum case (about 1 1/2 x1 1/2 x 3), usually with 5 green wires
this may have been bumped when changing the battery. It controls the injectors, if you have spark and fuel pressure make sure that all the wires have continuety.

Hope this helps

Merci
