D type planetary gear 1967 1800

I am rebuilding the D type from a 67 1800. I have been able to obtain all the parts except for the planetary gear.

All three gears spin as follows...
one spins freely, however feels a bit "notchy";
two spins smooth but a little tight;
three spins smooth but more tight.

I doesn't look like the gear comes apart easily to replace the bearings, ie drill out pins etc. I'm guessing that the bearings for the planetary gear are needles.

This gear would probably work, but I am reluctant to reinstall and then find it either doesn't work or doesn't work well, or destroys itself soon after installation.

Does anyone know a source for the planetary gear? New or used?
I couldn't find any thing at Scandcar or GCP.

I need help!

Thanks
Al
