If they are really bad and do not benefit from the various black protectorants (Black Again, Armor-All, etc), I would get a can of Duplicolor Bumper and Trim paint and paint them. I did my 240 bumpers over a year ago and they still look great. Just make sure they are clean of any protectorant, mask off the surrounding area and put a few light coats on. One can will do fron/back bumpers and can be found at Autozone, Pep Boys, Advanced Auto, etc.
