Issue 1 - you need to get the door panel off. That is difficult to do w/o opening the door. Unscrew the cap on the thing that locks or unlocks the door. Then pull the little plastic cap out of the middle of the handle. Take out the screw. Take off the retaining clip from the plastic that surrounds the handle and houses the window switch. Pull it off. Use a screw driver to wiggle the cover for the light on the side of door panel off. Under the door, find where the little retaining clips are and pop them down with a screwdriver. Pull the door panel out and up. Then, you can diagnose your lock problem from there.
Issue 2 - Replace the bulbs. If they blow again, check the wiring as you have a short somewhere.
Issue 3 - The screw your talking about looks like a hex screw with rounded insides, right? Go in the trunk of your car and get the tool kit used for changing your tire (behind the rear panel of the trunk in a small fake-leather case). Inside should be a screwdriver that has a bunch of bits. One of them should fit. If you don't have a screwdriver with a bunch of bits in it, you need to go to a hardware store and buy a Torx bit that will fit the screw (I am pretty sure about this but not possitive. If the screw is like a hex screw with rounded insides, then it is Torx).
