are fuel injectors interchangable? 700

One of my fuel injectors on my 91 B230F is leaking between the metal and the yellow plastic part.

Looking for replacements I noticed that most of the injectors look the same. They might be a different part number, but are they the same diameter and performance? Do they inject the same amount of fuel in the same pattern?

I don't want to buy a new injector for my regina system if a bosch one will work.

Has anyone got any experience with this?

Thanks
TPL
