I agree with Daveshan. I thought it was going to be a real moose, but it turned out to be the easist part of my heater core replacement. just some screws across the front, a couple bolts on each side and Viola! Its held in place by rubber sockets that are a snap to line back up. I'd advise anyone to try going in through the blower housing from the top and leave all that other stuff alone! Talk softly and carry a little Dremel! Inuse duct tape over silicone seal to patch mine back together. Its my little secret no one else will ever see.
