Intake Manifold Gasket (960) 900

Greetings,

While waiting for the intake manifold gasket (Dealer special order), I started to remove the old one and I noticed that it is two sections clamped with rubber sleeves. Do I need to remove the manifold section-by-section or I can get away by removing it as one peice? Can these clamps be a potential future source of vacuum leak?
How about the injectors? Do I need to remove each one or just remove the rail?
Finally, do I need to replace the throthle body gasket?

I am fairly careful and sensible and wondering if I can get away with this project without the a torque wrench? This is a daring project for me since it is the very first time I working on intake manifold, and vacuum leak is always a challenge for me. Unfortunatly, Chilton does not seem to be too much of a help in this regard.

Regards
