Rough Idle in S90 S90-V90 1998

Thanks for the advice, everybody. We got one of those code readers from obddiagnostics.com and I ran it tonight. It gave me two codes: PO 112 (intake air temperature 1 circuit low) and PO 306 (cylinder 6 misfire detected). It also showed "fault with at least one O2 sensor" on another display.

So it seems there's a problem with an oxygen sensor. I know there are two--can anybody tell me how to test them? How hard are they to replace?

My son made the first entry, and I think mixed up the numbering: the spark plug that was black was in the cylinder closest to the firewall, which is #6, right? Might the O2 sensor make the cylinder misfire, or is that another problem?

Thanks again for the help!

Jeff G.
