Torque specs and options for exhaust manifold gaskets 200

Hi all,
Noticed today that one of my exhaust manifold gaskets was blown/worn out. They are all relatively new (6 months or so), and were Volvo brand. I've got a Unitek header installed as part of the package for my cam swap this spring and wondering if that has something to do with the worn gaskets. Does anyone know the torque specs for the manifold nuts as well as alternative gaskets that are perhaps "stronger?" Could tightening the nuts too much or too little be the cause for the leaks?

Thanks as always,
-Adam
