Ok Ok...

Here goes, I am getting a (slight)vibration in the steering wheel at about 45 mph. could this be wheel balancing? because this tire is almost balding on the oputside tread and the allignment is off...new tires here already. Also when i brake from highway speeds the steering wheel again goes crazy...the u joints iun the linkage seem great for the steering. But i ordered rotors and pads, new tires, front and back on both...So lets see what you guys give me for help now!!!!!

havent changed the rotors yet, not here.....
