I like the posts where I have the opportunity to "guess". Not because the guesses are at the posters expense but rather because I can go with my gut.

Chances are the car is making mostly the same sounds it made prior to adding the 16oz of 2 cycle. You obviously approached the situatiion with a more finely tuned ear than you normally would because you were listening for evidence of trouble. I wouldn't give it a second thought at this point as I can't imagine how it could hurt anything.
