Similarity between 140 and 240 floor pans? 140-160

I have an '85 244 Ti in the garage with a badly rusted floor and a 144 headed for the crusher out in the driveway with a pretty solid floor....

I've got the front seat mounting area removed from the 244 now so that the whole of the floorpan is exposed inside the car....I'm wondering if the 144 will be "close enough" that I could just cut out the sections I need (pretty much the outer 3rd of the floor on both sides from the midpoint between the rocker and tranny tunnel to the rocker on both sides, front to rear...mostly) from the 144 and graft them in.

The seat mounting area was not too bad to take out btw. Lots of spotwelds to drill out and I found a few more as we were pulling it out but all in all not too bad.

Thanks for your input,

Pnoder
