Please help identify elring seals & water pump diagnosis 200 1985

my dad rebuilt a B21FT from an 84 turbo a few years back and handed me a box of spare parts, some new, including what i really need: seals for my 85 with a b230

can someone please identify these ELRING seals so i can get any others i need

also my temp varies from just above medium when driving but gets really hot when sitting
i figure water pump - it has 200,000 so ifigure its time for that too
