1975 245 140-160

Hello everyone I have just purchased yet another volvo this time it is a 1975 245. The car is light blue and has a 106,000 miles on a b20f engine. I was quite surprised to see the b20 under the hood, with power steering, struts and the usual 240 stuff. Know i do have the option of a 1980 2.3 glt motor and i have been looking for a car to put it in (i have 72 145 and a 73 142) but the work was not as clean cut as the latest brick. Will it be a simple exchange , will i need to change the oil pan? and can i use the b20f fuel pump? The 75 looks so much like the 145 (old style rear lights and such)1975 must have been the last year for the b20 engine were there any differences with it compared to other years. Thanks Adrian
