Rear Sway Bar mounting details 200

In pulling off a 244-turbo rear sway bar at a local boneyard, a large thin shim-type washer (35mm-OD. X 1.5mm thick) fell off when the front mounting bolt on the passenger side was pulled out. This is the bolt that also holds the bottom of the shock. Does this belong between the trailing arm and the spacer? or next to the shock? Thanks
