Strut replacement went horribly wrong... brake failure light now on 200

How does one reset this thing? I was trying to do my struts when kinda all failed. Parts list of things broken goes as follows. Drivers side rubber brake line, hard line from brake dist block to rubber line, and maybe a few other things to throw into the grab bag along with now having to get my mech to change the struts. I ended up disconnecting the brake line and tons was dripping everywhere, and to get everything back together so the car can be driven to my mech on monday morning I just bolted up the rubber line w/o bleeding anything.

I know the massive amounts of air in the system is a bad thing and probably causing the brake failure light to be on. How does one go about reseting the light? If I just do a full system flush and bleed will it all go away? I am going to have to do this anyways since I am replacing the master cylinder soon also.
