122 brakes with a twist 120-130

OOPS!!! My wagon has drums in front. Dumb me...I thought disks started before 1964.

What is the best route to upgrade to disks since, I assume, I will have to change spindles anyway. Are 140 parts compatible? Ideally get all parts from one car at one time to avoid getting nickle and dimed to death? What kinda "go fast" trick are ther out there? There is a 911 Porsche body shell lying in the ditch on the way home from work and it still has it's brakes! HUH!!

Gonna do the Ford brake conversion in the back anyway since I just happen to have a 27 spline Ford axle in the garage anyway.

It's still my dream car and really is low rust, so...... "deal with it".

Ideas???
