Lights on a 245-1980

I wanted to figure out the light gremlins today now that I figured out my charging system problems but this rain is thwarting my plans. I have no rear lights when the front lights are on. I plan to dismantel all grounds and clean them and then bulbs. Also my signals only flash occasionally. They work, they just don't always flash. Same with my hazzards. Only the right side flashes unless I put the left flicker on then they all flash....Any ideas?
Oh yeah, I have no dash lights either. Reverse lights work. The only time the rears come on is when I finess the light switch half way between 1st and 2nd position. Problem is when the rears come on in this position the fronts go out. The orange bulb light is on on the dash when low beams are on but goes out in hi beam mode.
