new 145 owner checking in!! pics 140-160

Throttle position switch - make sure the contacts are clean and springloaded
into good contact. The manual will tell you how to adjust it.
The green Volvo manuals are probably by far the best. There are a bunch
of manuals on ebay being auctioned off now (check right away before they
are gone!) It is important as far as body/dash issues to get the 73 version,
because the 72 had a bunch of things different. Likewise the 74 had a
completely different injection system so you DON't want the 74 manual either.

The links you give require a password that we don't have.

I'm in the process of getting a 73 145E into operation after some disastrous
piston damage probably related to driving in the desert with no air cleaner.
Mine's yellow - "the Yellow Peril". What color is yours? Tranny?
