Try and talk me out of it! 200 1982

Uh oh...
went looking at cars again today...
found this 1982 245T at a shop. Owned by a Volvo mechanic... 181K... original non-intercooled non-watercooled turbo. M46 trans. Blue velour interior... horrible light blue paint. Absolutely no rust anywhere on the rockers, quarters, spare tire wells. A spot under the driver's seat floor, not bad. Texas car, which explains the solid body, the desperate need for paint, and the totally ruined dash top- not just cracked, more like irradiated.
2 sets of Virgos... starts up, runs and drives.
It needs: a heater fan (makes a siren sound!) a dashboard; a radio; gauge trim; struts desperately; an engine harness eventually; and an ignition switch (you, uh, start it with a screwdriver).
My wife is even saying yes and hasn't seen it... I'm thinking it's going to live at my house real soon!
The guy only wants $500 for it, and in his words "That Jennair range in the back doesn't go with it". Ya gotta love that one.
