Rear Deck Speakers

The paper cone on one of the rear deck speakers is flapping in the breeze and needs to be replaced. From above, the grill cover does not apear to be a snap-in plate like the easy front speaker assembly. Rather, it looks like there are rivets that hold the cover on. From within the trunk, there are propeller looking "nuts" that really don't turn (tried to and all they do is bend). All I want to do is replace the speakers in kind. If I have to drill out the rivets, there is very little room by the back window, except maybe with a dremel tool. Also, I don't want to wreck the plastic grill cover that I've been prying on. It would seem easy to do but for me it's not. Any suggestions. Thanks for all your help
