16 Valve 2 peace head 700 1989

Last year my mechanic did a head gasket and valves on the old 16 valve. I brought it to Arkansas...it started leaking oil on the way here from between the 2 pieces of the head. I tightned the bolts and it got better.

Well, since my brother has been driving the car, the problem has gotten worse and now the car is undriveable. Hopefully it's just those nuts that have worked their way loose. He's not overly handy with mechanics, so I'm going to look at it.

My question: How tight should those be torqued? All I need to do is break one of them. The car just needs to last a couple more months and we're going to put it to pasture.

Thanks in advance for any help!
