86 wagon back Rt Window gasket--revised

My hatch window is ok-- it's the right side back window.

i would like to replace the right side window gasket (over the wheel well) with a 93 gasket.

do i have to use the same 86-90 style gasket or could i replace the gasket with a 93 style gasket?

sorry about the confusion in the previous 86 wagon question.
