wow...you mean people in he states actually drive cars WITHOUT locking tanks?

no way has anyone done that over here for the last 20 years - for real!

apart from having your petrol ripped off theres always the risk of some kind sod putting something else in (flour beign one case i heard of years ago...)

but then again we pay $9/gallon or so...
