car is hard to start,jerks after sitting a while 200 1990

It is not the fp relay(tried another one)
My car stars fine,but after sitting a while,some problems occur for about 5 min,then it runs fine.
The symptoms:after sitting a while,if i crank,the car stars but stalls immediately,unless if i push gas pedal to make it idle faster.It idles but roughly, if i engage the transmission into drive the car bucks,pings,refuses to go faster,i can hear a click coming from under the hood when it hesitates.The car is very slow and weak untill it gets a bit warmer then surprise,it runs perfectly! I get no fault codes by the way.(111)
I posted here recently about this problem,but it got worse...somebody mentionned cleaning throtle body,how difficult is that?
