Front driver side dashboard speaker... found the problem 900

This speaker wasn't working when I bought the car. Now that the outside temp is more favorable took a look at it today. Thanks to the instructions posted here, disassembly was quickly accomplished in under five minutes.

Tested capacitor ..... this was okay... and then noticed glue on the bottom of the speaker!! The magnet was completely missing..... probably dropped off with heat/vibration and .....just maybe still in the dash somewhere. Hope I can find it.....
