Smoke Smoke Smoke 700 1987

1987 760 Turbo, I just recently had trouble keeping the car running. Two people told me that it sounded like it had water in the fuel. I put in Valvoline SynPower concentrated fuel injector cleaner, filled up with gas, and then also added Iso-Heet to remove any water. Since then the car starts up and runs fine, except now it produces lots and lots of whitish-grayish smoke. I hope it's not the head gasket! Maybe that was just a bad combination of chemicals? At first I thought that it might just be the fuel system and water being removed, but it keeps on smoking. The last couple of times I've started it, it didn't smoke initially, but would start smoking a couple of minutes later. After driving it today (with the smoking), when I got home there was oil splashed in the engine compartment, from the oil filler cap. I bent the tabs on the cap, and now it doesn't leak anymore, but it never did that before either. Any ideas?
