The new link comes complete with everything as one assembly. The bushings etc are factory "installed" and not available as parts. The design doesn't allow for replaceing individual parts. The links are easy to replace with the car on ramps. You will need an open end wrench to hold the stud while turning the nuts. Be carefull so that the boot on the new one doesn't get damaged while you are installing it. Note the direction the studs are pointing so you can be sure to put the new one in the same way.
The life of these things seems quite variable as if the factory is having quality problems. My OEM units quit about at the same time, around 85K miles. One of the replacements only lasted 10K before it was gaone again. It's replacement seems to be holding in there. You shouldn't be able to feel any play in the link.
I would only replace the bad one as you can't tell how long the other might last and they are about $50.00. You'll be amazed at how much noise and discomfort that bad link was causing. Your car will seem like new with good links.
