at full throttle cutting out 900

hello fellow brickboarders...

I need some help.. 91' 940 turbo, 150k miles, runs really good except at
Wide open throttle (WOT).. At WOT the engine will cut out.. the rpm will drop to 1000 rpm and stay there then it will climb back up then drop again. It will continue to do this untill I lift my foot off the gas a little then It will stop. I replaced the coil because it had an orange spark, thinking that at high rpm's the coil could not keep up... It only helped a little... Then I thought maybe the Fuel pressure regulatior, But the board does not address the FPR as doing this so im not sure... Maybe a vaccume leak.. I looked at the hoses briefly... Then I thought the Overboost switch... Disconnected it and it still cuts out.. Any Ideas, Im stumped..
