Smoke Smoke Smoke 700 1987

I put my hand over the exhaust, had the condensation accumulate, but it didn't smell like antifreeze. It's not losing coolant anywhere either, the level has remained the same since the problem started. It's still smoking as good as ever, and is still running fine. We've put about 15 miles on it since then, city/low highway speed driving, and it's smoking a lot.

Today I noticed every once in awhile some fumes coming from somewhere around the turbocharger, or where it bolts to the side of the engine. Also, if you look just on the driver's side of the engine from the front of the car, there is a portion of the engine that has a small (about 2" in diameter) circular recess, which oil bubbles from. There is also an empty bolt-hole next to it. What is that, and why is oil escaping from it? Does it still sound like a head issue?

I'll check the engine oil level after that car sits for awhile.
