ok, the boot on the drivers side is cracked...
I'll check the pass side too presume this is the one that brings the wires
through from the door?.....pulled the kick panel off yesterday
everything looks dry...pad isn't wet...but I'll take a careful look.
Fun problem....as it only manifests itself when making like a submarine
...ie. hard heavy rain with lots of water splashing....
