Dans,
I have seen this problem on hundreds of 240,740,940's all with b230 engines, both turbo and normally aspirated. The problem is usually one of two things, either a loose or broken intake manifold gasket or the o-ring that seals the oil seperator to the engine block either one causes the misfire you speak of. good luck!!!
