I had a similar prob a few weeks back. Accelerating up a slight incline on the Hwy in order to maintain 60mph caused the car to buck/jerk. Eased off pedal and bucking stopped.

I replaced my plugs to NGK bp6es (non-resistor, copper) after I found that the plugs and the wires were resistance types. The past week+, The car is behaving. I guess too much resistance was interfering with the spark. (Though the plugs were a bit fouled.) Info provided by Porkface.

So check to see if you've got too much resistance. If the plug # has an R in it eg. bpr6es, then its probably a resistance type and should be run with non-resistance (ie.copper) wires rather than the radio-supression type or the type with the metal 5Kohm ends.
