front strut bumpstop and boot mounting 200 1989

Hi,

Can anyone explain to me how front strut boots as such as mounted at the top onto the strut shaft???

I am in the process of changing strut inserts and need new botos, just don;t see how the top bump stop is mounted, mine has fallen down to the bottom...

Also is this boot kit integrated with the bump stop???
