rear spoiler 700

I've seen a bunch of 700's (i think 740's) with small rear spoilers that are pretty nice. They are not too tall and have four supports. They look the same on every car I see with one, so there must be something in common. Did these come from the factory on certain models/years? Where can I get one? (besides junkyard). Thanks.
