removing power door motor/regulator from door 900 1992

I pulled the door panel and it looks like the motor is attached to the door with a couple funky bolts,is there a special tool for these.Also how does the window release from the regulator,I pull the cotter pin thingy but the window won't come loose.I am used to 240 windows and doors,this is new to me.
