940 turbo won't crank/start after hot soak. 900

My 1994 940 turbo won't start after hot soaks. Engine won't turn, dashboard lights, and the fuel pump turns on when the key is turned but no attempt to crank at all until after 30-60 minutes has past. The fuel pump relay, spark plugs, wires, distributor cap/rotor, power stage, radio suppression relay, coil, and crank sensor have all been replaced since the problem began to occur. The system ground and wire connectors for the crank sensor, IAC, temperature sensors and all the other relays previously mentioned have all been cleaned/greased and the #1 fuse has been replaced. 1 response that I received earlier suggested that the fuel pump relay be resoldered. Does that need to be done if the relay has been replaced? I'm taking any suggestions at this point. HELP!!!
