740 still have problems but making progress 700

So now I can drive it during the day but will still give me the same problem at night. It dies on me after putting it in drive. Tonight I tried it again and it moved but when I turned on the lights it died and wouldn't move for me after that. I don't think it is the cold start problem because I live in the valley of Az and the low here is above the rest of the nations high. I am so close to just selling the damn thing and putting the money into my acura. When it does move it is great. Thanks in advance
