Have you checked your ground's if so have you cut your wireing harness open to find the short in the wire, i once had a short which shorted out my starter, couldnt figure it out for the life of me just sitting there one day and smelt wire buring, next thing i know i couldnt get the start to even click, i put a bypass in then 6 months later went to hook it back up and everything worked fine. blew me away. theres also the stor of when the lights are on the wipers come on. some things to check there this is an electrical problem if its only when the lights are on!
