740 check engine light 111.rain leak 700

hey new here.will try not to beat adead horse but here goes.1989 740 gl wagon periodically starts hard (dead horse) check engine light is on and computer code reads 111.car starts better now with new plugs old ones some rich looking.primary fuel pump? under drivers side does not sound as sweet as i think it probably should.so now what? also have an 89 740 sedan with a water leak on the passenger side ,rain only, and the water of course runs into the heater fan. windshield seal looks good and the drain from the wiper clip is clear .any help on one or both is greatly appreciated.drive safe
