what vacuam hose is this one? 200

i've found this vacuam hose that seems to be under the intake manifold...it's cracked....it connects to a little piece of rubber that has two othe hoses attached(3 total)

Then i followed it...it goes underneath the belt pulleys, keeps on going under the alternator...and ends up just lying there by my radiator. Near this area i found two things it could possibly go to....one is my Alternator ECU?(some sort of board like thing where it has an open end that looks liek some sort of gauge for air pressure or fuel) or this rubber thing(looks like the end of a toilet plunger with the open end under the light assembly)(as if it sucks in air or something)where the the hose could fit into

Any ideas as to what this could be?
