M41 Transmission - How to get the seals out and in successfully 1800

I'm in the process of overhauling my M41 transmission. I am amazed at how relatively easy it has gone. However, I just realized that I don't really know how to properly install the new seals I bought for it. I have the input shaft and the output of the OD to do. This is the sort of thing the manual assumes you know. Well I don't. Plese help. Be as specific as possible. Thanks
