any volvos made with no pcv valve? 200 2004

i have a 1982 kjet 244 dl...

I have looked all over...and i dont' see any PCV system (flame trap)

It is simply not there!!!

I did find some white round plastic object that looked like a check valve of some sort... under the intake manifold

Then i found a greenish blue piece of plastic that has 3 hoses in it...and it seems to go into the engine?

Then i have a breather pipe that is there simply to vent air? This is the most interesting part...it's simply a medium sized hose that is under the intake hose....just there....i guess to vent??

...is it possible my car has no pcv valve? (passed emissions)

majorly confused...

btw...my car does not lose much oil....maybe half a quart every 3k miles....regular oil
