960 Cam Position Seal Replacement 900

My 1993 Volvo 960 had the head rebuilt 5 years ago and it appears the camshaft positioner seal was not installed properly as it is leaking oil out the back of the cylinder head. A Volvo dealer mechanic confirmed this.
What does it take to replace this seal myself and what does a dealer typically charge? I have probably all the tools to do this with the exception of a special seal removing tool if required to do this repair.
Thx.
