Help! How do I drain my engine bl of coolant? (B280F) 700

Volvo 760 -88B B280F (v6)
I'm (trying) to replace leaking coolant hoses (on pic), but:

hmm, I've managed to drain the radiator. But the coolant in the block/heads remains? How in hell do I get it out? :P I stood and stared at the engine for like an hour, then I gave up. I don't get it. (I went under the car too, with no result) I must be stupid. I don't see where it should be done. The Haynes Repair-manual just says that the drain should be somewhere on the left side? Where the #¤£¤"%?!! is it?!?! And how does it look like?! :D

Please help me, I must get the car fixed ASAP. I just can't stand the bus! :P

Thanks in advance,
Esa
