airbox thermostat 700

So I was still experiencing the stalling after putting it in drive. After brainstorming with my bro-in-law, we started thinking that the amm might be at fault. After going throu the book and faq I pulled out the airbox thermo, cleaned it off and tested it. Last night I was able to get it to run in cold weather and again this afternoon in 55 deg weather. I did buy a new thermo and installed it and noticed a big difference in the possition of the flapper. Anywho I was then able to drive it around without the car being fully warmed up.

Has anyone ever experienced this?
