1991 740 se

I am about to go down to Dallas to look at a '91 740se wagon that appears to be the vehicle I have been looking for (except for the red color). Being an owner of exclusively K-jet 240's to date, is there anything I should keep in mind in particular for turbo 740?

The owner has listed some typical wear and tear issues like cracked leather and pelling clearcoat. The only thing that came to mind was that he mentioned some issues with the electric window switches being "finicky". Are these like the early 240 electric window switches where good cleaning and re-lubing will get them going again. Any thoughts? This isn't a car with the infamous Nivomats...is it?
