Adhesive for dash cover 200

Greetings all,

I recently purchased a used hard plastic dash cover to hide my 19 year old cracked dash. The price was right and it was in good condition. It had not been cemented by the previous owner so at present, the back side is clean. There is a note on the back side of the cover which talks about using adhesive only around the edges but it does not give any other advice.

Can anyone tell me what sort of readily available adhesive should be used to cement this cover to the existing dash? And are there any particular pitfalls that I should watch out for when doing so? Any other special instruction for installing this cover other than the obvious (clean surfaces, no raised areas, etc)?

Thanks in advance,

Tony Fontaine
